Account Registration Requirements
Upon registering with Customcare Compounding Pharmacy, Customcare Compounding Pharmacy will grant authorisation to use this website and issue the Customer a username and password. Customers hereby agree to be responsible for maintaining confidential their username and password. Customers hereby agree to notify Customcare Compounding Pharmacy in the event their username and password are stolen or misplaced or become aware of any unauthorised use or aware of any security breach, as it pertains to their username and password. Customcare Compounding Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the failure to comply with this provision or for any unauthorised use of the Customer’s username and password or other Customer confidential information.
Terms & Conditions of Acceptance
Customcare Compounding Pharmacy reserves the right to change or amend these Terms & Conditions without notice and will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of these changes. Customcare Compounding Pharmacy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend or terminate any transactions, pending or ordered, with any User or Customer.
Pricing and Price Change
Customcare Compounding Pharmacy reserves the right to make changes to the prices of its Products and Services without notice.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our products through Startrack Couriers and AustPost Couriers. Standard size shipping costs are a flat rate of $10 (non-fridge) and $15 (refrigerated lines) and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 2 business days, depending on your location.
Please ensure your address is up to date and entered correctly. If you have provided the incorrect address and your order is shipped and returned you will incur a re-shipping fee to have your order sent again.
We are not responsible for your order being delivered to the wrong address if you have entered the incorrect details.
Please contact us ASAP if your package has arrived damaged. You will need to provide images of the box and unused item to start your claim.
We do not accept shipping damage claims if the labels of been removed and the item has been used.
To return your product, please reach out to us via the contact us page of our website, and a customer service consultant will be able to review this with you.
The Customer agrees that Customcare Compounding Pharmacy is not responsible for shipment delays due to strikes or labour disputes, transportation delays, manufacturer shortages or delivery disruptions, force majeure or catastrophic events, fire, seasonal supply disruptions, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Customcare Compounding Pharmacy.
Prescription orders will not be dispatched until the original prescription is received by Customcare Compounding Pharmacy.
Customcare Compounding Pharmacy ships goods Australia wide, however currently we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on 1300 725 868 to enquire about a special order.
